SEA POLLUTION

Marine mammals in the verge of extinction due to intervention . A team in university of Exeter which looked at 126 species that included whales ,dolphins , sea otters and polar bears .They discovered at least 25% of these species under categorized as threatened.

Over 30% shark species now face extinction. Carbon emissions making ocean hotter ,acidic and making it difficult for sea creatures to extract necessary nutrients from it for their survival. Secondary and tertiary wastewater treatment which relies on membrane filtration can be implemented to prevent microplastics entering rivers and lakes.
